Sid's News Letter - 20th November
Dear Parents and Carers
This week, we have been learning about Diwali. Pupils have learned about the festival, created beautiful rangoli patterns and made some delicious sweet treats too.
All classes have been out on trips to the Great Notley Discovery Centre, which they have really enjoyed. We’ve made good use of the nature reserve, next to our school and lots of long walks and lots of mud have made our days busy and healthy.
Anti-bullying week has been a real focus here. We’ve held discussions, produced artwork and tried to be kind and thoughtful when we worked and played together. Today, we’ve worn odd socks to mark the week.
Inspire Class have made clocks and some fabulous ‘junk’ models too! It’s been a really full week and a brilliant one!
Have a peaceful weekend.
